Detailed description of the works Hello I am writing to request a quote for a structural survey on a bungalow located in Kilgolagh, Co Cavan, for which I have made an offer. I understand the property was likely built in the 1950s, although the Building Energy Rating (BER) certificate indicates it was built around 1970, so there seems to be a discrepancy in the build year. Additionally, an extension was added to one side of the house approximately 15 years ago. The property uses well water and has a septic tank system.
